Legends tell of a mystical creature called the Alicorn, a winged unicorn that was said to bring peace and love to the hearts of anyone who saw it. Some say that the creature’s been sighted near the city of Anderdown. “What luck,” you think. “I just so happen to be here to learn about adventuring.”

The Alicorn’s appearance has led to unique materials being found in the area, and the merchants are scrambling to keep up with demand. You seem to be set up for a crash course in Gathering, Crafting, AND Battle…

“Do I need to have any prior Critical Fit experience?”
Absolutely not! We want to see how the game plays and collect feedback to make it even better.

“I’m new to fitness. How should I get started?”
Welcome! We recommend starting out with the Gathering and Crafting tasks, and doing the Battle content with the Novice Level exercises. Take your time and focus on form - you don’t need to race.

“What do you use to time rounds for combat?”
I like the SmartWODTimer app on iPhone. Set it for EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) for best results in Boss Battle Encounters!
